The download says android but its .zip instead of .apk i think thats why mobile doesnt work

Tried to install it as it popped up that it updated downloaded it for android just got a file that wouldn't open nothing else
Hi! You'll need to remove the previous version of Oh My Waifu before attempting to install the newest version, or else these issues can happen :)

On the right, there is an icon with 4 squares beside each other. There you can find the waifu catalog and select your desired waifu!

Can you tell me what is your device model?
You can download .waifucard directly to your phone and move the file to a special path "Phone\Android\data\com.virtualove.OHMYWAIFU\files\Waifus\"
You don't need a computer to do it. Let me know if works :)
